Fixed before we start. Every build is quoted in a written agreement with set scope — no hourly meters, no surprises.
50 / 50 payment. Builds are split half at kickoff, half at launch. Care Plans are billed monthly in advance.

Bedoya Builds is new, and the first three clients get founding rates — about 30–35% below standard — while the practice builds its track record.

First come, first served. The founding discount applies to your first engagement; Care Plan founding rates stay locked for six months before moving to standard.

In exchange for the founding rate

  • A short written testimonial once your build is live and you're happy with it.
  • Permission to publish a case study — what we built and the results it produced for your business.
  • Referral introductions to other owners who'd benefit — only if you're genuinely glad you did it.

It's all written into the agreement up front, and your contract shows the standard rate with the founding discount as a visible line item — so you can see the real value.

Before you ask

I'm not technical. Is this for me?

Yes — that's the point. The Opportunity Session is a plain-English conversation about your business, not a tech lecture. Everything built for you comes with training, and on a Care Plan you never have to touch the machinery.

What if the session shows AI won't help much?

Then that's what the roadmap will say. You'll still leave knowing where your time is going and what to fix first — and you're under no obligation to build anything.

Who owns the apps and agents you build?

You do. Deliverables are yours once paid in full, along with your business data. Bedoya Builds keeps only the general know-how, never your information.

Will an agent talk to my customers unsupervised?

Only within limits you approve. Customer-facing and money-moving actions stay human-in-the-loop unless you explicitly choose otherwise — that safeguard is written into every agreement.

How does payment work?

The session is paid at booking and credited toward any build. Builds are 50% at kickoff and 50% at launch. Care Plans are billed monthly in advance, and founding Care Plan rates are locked for six months.
